&Dyeing Co., Ltd.. It has formed an industrial pattern of chemical material, solvent oil
products, textile printing-dyeing auxiliary agents, pigmentintermediates and dyeing. The
Group has owned a fixed assets of 0.25 billion Yuan and the yearly sales revenue reaches 0.45 billion Yuan .

    1997: Purchased Hecheng Petrol-service Station and named Jiaxing City Petrol-service
Station
    1999: Moved and expanded the Plant, and named Jiaxing City Satellite Chemicals Co.,
Ltd.
    2001: Established Jiaxing City Jingkai Petrol-service Station
    2002: Enlarged the registration Amount of Jiaxing Satellite Chemicals Co., Ltd.
(Group) and named Zhejiang Satellite Chemicals Co., Ltd.(Group)
    2002: Established Zhejiang Satellite Textile Printing&Dyeing Co., Ltd
    2002: Established Zhejiang Friendship Chemicals Industry Co., Ltd.
