a. Main missions:
- Improve, create, implement and maintain R&D relevant tools, filings and procedures:
O Regulatory and technical data-base on new product development & optimization
O Computer resources (recipes, technical data sheet…)
O Data maintenance in related system
O ageing tests, sensory analysis training
O Laboratory organization
- Support R&D manager with syrups developments:
O Manage or assist R&D syrups projects from idea until post launch follow-up (includes sensory analysis, ageing tests, creation of technical documents…)
O Manage or Assist recipe transfer and recipe optimization.
b. Support missions:
O Perform technical, scientific, regulatory and competition intelligence monitoring
O Participate in group R&D information sharing
- Supplier selection:
O Support procurement manager with identification and validation of new suppliers with R&D manager and R&D group director
O Participate in supplier evaluation with QA manager, R&D manager and procurement manager
O Ensure the follow up and maintain produced recipes
O Help to review and maintain CIP procedures
- Quality assurance:
O Participate in elaborating technical procedures linked to the product.
O Support quality and customer enquiries management.
O Participate in suppliers’ audits.

a. Education Requirements and Skills
o Bachelor degree in Food related area (Beverage Develop experience would be most welcome)
o Knowledge of R&D process
o Analytical, innovative and organizational skills.
o Good level in Excel and Word soft wares
b. Working Experience
o At least 3 years’ experience in similar function, preferably from Beverage industry
